Is sound healing the same as meditation?

They are complementary. Our sound sessions are meditative, you relax and receive the sound. No experience needed.

No. The sound is calm and soothing, designed to support deep relaxation. The horses find the bowls very calming too.

Athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes (mandatory). You will be seated or lying down, so wear something comfortable.

Is there any riding involved?

No. All of our sessions are strictly ground-based. This ensures improved safety and allows for a different kind of connection based on presence rather than control.

Do I need experience with horses?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of prior horse experience. We will guide you on how to be safe and comfortable around the herd.
